Mark Slaughter is best known as the frontman for Las Vegas-based hard rock band Slaughter. Prior to Slaughter, he performed vocals on Vinnie Vincent Invasion's second record, 'All Systems Go'. Mark has a very peculiar range and utilizes a clean head voice technique that allows him to glide effortlessly through the fifth octave, despite his natural voice being very low for a tenor. In fact, his vocal tessitura and timbre resemble that of a high tenor much more than that of a low one. Despite his extensive use of fifth octave singing, he isn't one to shy away from singing low. As such, he has managed to span an ENORMOUS amount of full-voice range throughout his career.
