Um das Material auch live präsentieren zu können suchte man sich die Musiker Guido Solarek (Keyb.) und Andy Wackert (Drums), Somit war die Band Cotton Club geboren, einer Mischung aus schwarzem Soul und europäischem Soul-Pop. Ein Markenzeichen der Band, mit der man von 1995-97 (zusammen mit den Tänzerinnen und Background-Sängerinnen Belinda Basu und Susanne Rauterberg) erfolgreich in Deutschland tourte. Als La Sherie 1997 zurück in die USA ging verlegte die Band ihren Schwerpunkt wieder in die Studio Arbeit, um Material für das neue Projekt und Auftragsarbeiten für inländische und italienische Produzenten zu komponieren. Zusammen mit dem neuen Drummer Terry Joe Schmidt und der schwedischen Sängerin Anika Gustafson wurde ein neues Album produziert und entwickelte dabei den typischen Cotton Club Sound. Während dieser sehr intensiven Kreativ-Phase kristallisierte sich immer stärker heraus, dass die schwedische Sängerin Anika Gustafson am besten in das Gesamtkonzept des Projektes passte. Die neue Produktion wird voraussichtlich Ende 2005 veröffentlicht.
